II. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to understand the text and do all the tasks.

V. Anticipated problems: The activity “Gap fill” may be difficult for some students.
VI. Teaching steps:
1. Warm up: (1 minute) Greet and check the students’ attendance.
2. Revision: (6 minutes) * Chatting: (Getting started. P.83)
- Teacher uses the pictures on page 82, 83 to ask students answer these questions:
a) Have you ever heard about UFOs? Do you think they really exist?
b) Have you ever seen any films on UFOs? What were they about?
c) What do you want to know about UFOs?
d) If you saw a UFO, what would you do?

UFOs are strange ( unidentified) flying objects that some people report they have seen in the sky and believe to be spacecraft from another planet. Many scientist do not believe so. They say that if people see a UFO, it might be an aircraft, a weather balloon or a meteor. However, there is still evidence for people to believe in the existence of UFOs.
